8th Avenue stretches through cultural residential neighbourhoods, a growing downtown, and culminates at the visionary waterfront. This 'Great Street' is rich with Eugenian identity and spirit. The Whitaker, the Saturday Market, and the city's civic buildings together form this identity. Identity; past, present, and future come together in the city hall.
